Bings hosts SON240sx 06 Meet

On June 11, 2006 we hosted what may have been the largest 240sx meet and cruise ever to take place in Canada.
The gathering took place as it usually does at the Cosy Restaurant in St. Catharines. In the early evening more than 70 cars rolled out for a legal, single file (mostly) cruise that lasted more than an hour and took us through scenic Niagara on the Lake, along the Niagara Parkway, past Niagara Falls themselves, up past the Fallsview Casino and onto Lundy's Lane.
The cruise was led by yours truly.

Late summer of 2005, SON240sx members: Bryan Steifel of http://www.thespeedofsound.ca , Chris St. John, Michael Kent and I, Bing Wong, took part in a reality TV show where two teams of four men battle to build the best drift car on a $10,000 budget (Canadian funds) in just 3 days.
Needless to say its not as easy as it sounds. The cars were by no means perfect, but they got the job done and made for an exciting episode and an incredible learning experience for all of us aspiring television super-stars.
Bings.ca provided all exhuast components, both body-kits and a host of other goodies for both cars. Here are a few pictures for your viewing pleasure. You can also view more information about the show on SON24sx in this thread :
